• Do you have a warranty?

Yes we stand by everything we make! Its made to last, there is a limited life time warranty, that means that we will do reasonable repairs for as ling as you own the piece.

• How do I care for my new piece?

For increased longevity, keep your jewelry clean and dry using a soft
cloth. Avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower or during exercise, and
wear after applying perfume or hairspray. Protect your piece
from rain and humidity. When not wearing, be sure to store inside a
jewelry box or soft jewelry pouch.

• What if I don't like the piece?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. In the event you are not fully satisfied, please note the following:

We will accept returns and exchanges on merchandise in its original unused condition, postmarked within 14 days of receiving shipment for refund
or credit, less shipping costs. We do not accept returns after 14 days.
All sales are final on discounted items (excluding the welcome
discount).

How long do custom pieces take to make?

That depends on the design, material and stones. the more complex the design the longer it will take but the simpler it is the shorter it is.

On average for a simple design about 3 weeks.

For complex and lots of stones it could be several mouths.
